  • Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We have two foundries and a processing plant, and we also have our own international trade department, and we produce and sell our own products.

  • Q: What products can you offer?

    Chain for lock, round chain, square chain, hexagonal chain, twisted chain, braided chain, railing chain, animal chain, decorative chain, spare tire chain, forest bundle chain, etc.

  • Q: What are the main applications of your products?

    Our products cover almost all applications of chains, mainly in the fields of automotive motorcycle bicycle high-strength locking chains, car and truck anti-skid chains, lifting chains, railing chains, pet chains, livestock chains, ship anchor chains and other applications.

  • Q: Can you do custom products?

    Yes, we mainly just do custom products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Q: What is the production capacity of your company?

    We have 2 automatic wire drawing production lines, many kinds of automatic chain braiding and high strength chain butt welding machines 2 automatic carburizing heat treatment lines and 1 automatic dipping production line, which can produce more than 5000 tons of chains per year.

  • Q: How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company has more than 70 employees, including more than 10 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.

  • Q: How does your company guarantee the quality of your products?

    First of all, we will have a corresponding inspection after each process, and for the final finished products, we will do a full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards;
    Then, we have advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: a metallographic micro hardness machine, universal tensile tester, torque tester, automatic hammering tester, salt spray tester, etc. The above-mentioned testing equipment can fully ensure to provide customers with high-precision final products, and also ensure to meet the full range of customer requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, high-precision geometric dimensional testing, and other testing requirements.

  • Q: What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For bulk production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. Payment method we mostly T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • Q: Where do you mainly export your goods to?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as USA, Germany, France, Japan, Spain, Italy, UK, Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
